The modern wood entry doors in Model Collection EMD-200 are all constructed with our ground-breaking Euro Technology. Euro Technology, the term we gave the unique sandwich design that our wood front doors are built with, consists of a thermal insulation board in the core of the entry door surrounded by layers of aluminum and high-quality woods such as mahogany. This sandwich design results in a wood front door that looks and feels like a traditional solid wood door but with far greater performance. Entry doors built with Euro Technology are have dramatically better durability, weather resistance, stability, and thermal performance than typical solid wood doors.
