Our EuroTechTM (Euro Technology) construction consists of a rigid polystyrene core combined with stiles and rails made from solid wood pieces that are finger-jointed and edge-glued. This Euro Technology construction method provides for remarkable durability, stability, and thermal performance, all without sacrificing beauty. The real mahogany wood veneer allows for the coveted high-end look and feel of a solid mahogany wood door while allowing for increased performance.
A Glenview Door never backs down. Some might call it chutzpah. We call it EuroTechTM. A proprietary structural innovation we have perfected and made uniquely our own. EuroTechTM is the reason a Glenview modern wood door is the heaviest, thickest solid wood entryway on the market today. And why we can say with confidence: The brilliance doesn't stop at superior construction, as no other wood door on earth can equal the lasting beauty and strength of a Glenview Door.learn more»
GD-201 Exterior Door Model Collection
Featuring a unique flat panel design, the entry doors in Model Collection 201 are sure to fit well in any classically designed home. The absence of a glass panel really gives the natural grain and character of the wood to showcase itself in your entryway. Available in stock in two finishes, a walnut finish and an espresso finish, as well as various heights and widths, the wood exterior doors in Model Collection 201 fit a wide range of needs. Additionally, Model Collection 201 feature two different sidelite options: one that somewhat mimics the design on the entry door and uses clear beveled glass and another that is composed of primarily satinato beveled glass. These sidelites offer the opportunity to widen your home’s entrance and allow more natural light into your home. Furthermore, as with most of our model collections, if these in stock options do not quite match the vision in your head, nearly any aspect of the front doors in Model Collection 201 can be edited in a custom order, including but not limited to the wood finish, the height and width, and the sidelites. Additionally, any design changes that you may want to have implemented, may be done so in your very own custom door. And whether you purchase one of our in stock wood entry doors or decide to order a custom entry door, your door will be built our unique Euro Technology. Consisting of a stiles and rails made from solid European wood, a thermal insulating core, and a real mahogany wood veneer, front doors made with Euro Technology follow a sandwich design that gives them the coveted look and feel of a traditional wood door while increasing their thermal efficiency, durability, stability, and resistance to wear and tear.
